Hushpower 410ga Shotgun Moderator/Silencer
For the use of the 410 gauge shotguns with a barrel diameter of 14/15/16 mm
Features:
• Lightweight design - an alloy body machined out of one solid alloy bar (the dense alloy material is also better for sound reduction than stainless steel).
• Strong one-piece mono baffle system - with all four chambers machined from one piece we ensure maximum strength to handle all rimfire loads.
• Maximum gas capture, along with Hushpowers large chambers we have also shaped tapered slots into each chamber to ensure maximum gas disruption resulting in a quieter
• Maximum noise reduction for its size (we guarantee no silencer the same size or smaller to be quieter) the same size or smaller to be quieter)
• Easy Thread-Less Attachment - No before threading needed, just remove any rib or bead at the end of the barrel before attaching onto your firearm

Fitting instructions - Remove all components from the silencer before fitting.
Can be fitted to any .410 or 9 mm single barrelled shotgun with an external barrel diameter (by the muzzle) of approximately 14mm, 15mm or 16mm.
1.) Remove any sighting system from the muzzle including 8cm of rib if fitted
2.) Measure barrel diameter at the muzzle: Barrels of approximately 16mm will not require any sizing adapter.
Sizing adapters for 14mm (Part '1', marked with a 1) and 15mm barrels (Part '2', unmarked) are included.
3.) Apply a small quantity of gun oil to all threaded components prior to assembly.
4a.) For a 16mm barrel: Slide part 'A' over the barrel, and then insert part 'B', narrow end first, over the barrel and into part 'A'. Slide part 'C' over the end of the barrel, and screw into part 'A', tightening by hand until the unit starts to grip the barrel. Slide the unit into position AT LEAST 10mm behind the foresight hole, then lock the unit into place by tightening part 'C' into 'A' with a spanner. Slide the gas seal 'O' ring (Part 'D') over the barrel and push firmly up against part 'C', and when tightly sealed slide the main silencer tube (Part 'E') over the barrel and screw firmly to part
4b.) For a 14mm or 15mm barrel: Slide the relevant adapter (Part *1' or *2' as needed onto the end of the barrel. then slide part 'A' over the barrel, keeping the rear end of the adapter flush with the tapered end of part *A'. Slide part *B', narrow end first, over the barrel and into part 'A'. Slide part 'C' over the end of the barrel, and screw into part 'A' tightening by hand until the unit starts to grip the barrel (NOTE: It is likely that while tightening parts 'A' and C' together the adapter will slip from the correct position, and will need to be realigned).
Slide the unit into position AT LEAST 10mm behind the foresight hole, then lock the unit into place by tightening part 'C' into 'A' with a span- ner. Slide the gas seal 'O' ring (Part 'D') over the barrel and push firmly up against part 'C', and when tightly sealed slide the main silencer tube (Part 'E') over the barrel and screw to part 'A'.
5.) Fit a foresight bead to the top of the silencer if required.
Removal instructions:
For all barrel sizes: Detach the main silencer tube (Part 'E') by unscrewing. Unscrew part 'C' from 'A' using a spanner and slide off of the barrel. To remove the lock which part 'B' will have on the barrel, place a piece of wood at the front end of part 'A' and tap with a hammer until parts 'A' and 'B' come loose.
